Annie Roberts

Annie Roberts is a Senior Research Assistant in Data Analysis at the George Washington University Milken Institute School of Public Health. She specializes in microbiome and molecular epidemiology research, leading advanced statistical analyses, study design, and data visualization for NIH- and CDC-funded projects. Annie has directed large-scale participant recruitment efforts, co-authored multiple peer-reviewed publications, and presented her work at national conferences, including IDWeek. She holds a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology and a Bachelor’s in Public Health and Business Administration from GW, graduating summa cum laude and as a member of Delta Omega, the public health honor society.
